The ceramic coating on this iron started to wear off in less than 15 days. I am having to return it to One Stop for repairs. The previous iron bought was made in USA and had no problems. This one was made in China (?).

I have now had this flat iron for a month and use it daily. It is working GREAT, does not burn my hair and straightens in only one pass! It also heats up very quickly. I am a very happy customer!

The product is great especially for the price! I have owned this exact iron twice in the past and always come back to it.You can good a good 3/4 yrs out of the iron, comparable to CHI or T3.The heat is perfect for thick or coarse hair and the plates dont pull or cause damage.If you want a warranty for the product do not buy it on amazon, all online purchases void the warranty. Discount Jungle had fast shipping though the price of it could have been a little lower considering it was being shipped from within my same city!
