Perfect fit! July 20, 2010 Helen Rodemeyer (DFW) Beautiful chairs for the price. They fit under the countertop (which is just what I needed.) The color is perfect, they were easy to assemble. Great value.
Simple but Elegant July 16, 2010 Frustrated Mom (Wisconsin, USA) I think these stools are great for the price. We just remodeled our kitchen and expanded our kitchen counter out to accomodate bar seating. To save space, these chairs fit great and don't take up a lot of room. They are sturdy - my children, who are three and five, can easily use them.
looks great! July 15, 2010 D. Bernal (Houston, TX) It looks great I bought two for my kitchen. I saw them at target, they are more expensive there and same quality....
Nice Stool / Poor Quality Control July 12, 2010 Reviewer (Raleigh, NC) I purchased two of these stools for seating at our counterspace in our kitchen. The stool is very nice looking and goes together in about 30 minutes or so. (This was assembly time for each stool.) It's a little more difficult than you'd think given the number of parts.
Overall I like the stool EXCEPT that with each one there were parts that were missing. Attempting to get the parts has proven challenging. With the first stool we had cut up the box before getting it all assembled. Mistake #1. Then we realized that it was missing one of the connecting leg pieces. Trying to figure out how to contact the manufacturer has resulted in a number of phone calls. The last one I finally reached someone at the manufacturer and they indicated that the only way I can get the missing pieces is to fill out a form that supposedly came with the stool. Now I'll need to go see if I can find the form - of which I don't recall seeing.
Using the two boxes we were able to get one completely assembled (parts combined of the two boxes eventually equaled one complete stool) and it looks very nice and is sturdy.
Now we face the challenge of getting our remaining pieces.
very sturdy July 10, 2010 S. K. Box (new england, usa) These work really well in our space. They're very sturdy, were easy to assemble and I love te streamlined, narrow design that keeps them all the way under the counter when not in use. They're working out great for our family.
