If you're like most people, you're not drinking enough water. If you wait until you feel thirsty, your body is already suffering from the effects of mild dehydration. You continually lose water during the day through sweat, urine and breathing. Works well. Simple instructions. Use it daily and compare it at work..... Medical office. It is very accurate. I monitor my progress by % body fat not just weight which I really like. And it arrived before expected date! Definately a good buy.

I bought this scale mainly because of it's ratings on being very accurate. Seems like it is, and back-to-back weighing usually shows no more than a .2 lb. difference.

If you have any muscle at all, get another scale. This scale assumes you have the physique of a water balloon (only filled with blubber), the muscle mass of rubber bands and the skeletal structure of tooth picks; like you've already made the evolutionary leap to the futuristic humans as they appear in the movie, Wall-E. After plugging my data into the scales, I was shocked to be told my % body fat was 10 % points higher than other scales I have used (usually 28%) in the past. When the same height and age entered but a theoretical male gender used instead of female, the % body fat dropped to 25% (dropped 14% points). Not pleased.
