We were replacing a rather expensive Rowenta that finally gave up the ghost. After perusing many reviews of high-end irons and finding many of them disturbing, we looked at Consumer Reports and their comments about less expensive models. This was one they liked, and Amazon reviewers mostly agreed. We figured there was a chance we were making a mistake spending so little, but if it turns out that way we won't be out much. So far, so good. It's quick to get to temperature, pretty light and ergonomic, steam and spray functions work well, and I love not having to wrap up the cord. We'll see as months and years go by but, so far, it's "Why pay more?"

This product comes very early as expected from the date of shipment!! that's way cool enough... everything works perfectly fine.. but the only problem i had and annoys me a lot is the retracting cord of this iron... i need to have 5minutes to 7minutes time to fix the cord back in place inside this iron... well i think, this goes to all that has the same type of cord...but generally, the quality of iron is good..
