Fabulous Iron July 28, 2010 A. Gordon (Tucson, AZ United States) I am so in love with this iron!!!! All those steam holes and so far into the pointy point...and the weight....excellent...It just has to come near the fabric and voila!!! it is wrinkle free (the fabric not the iron!!) Love it!!!!! I am so glad my old Rowenta (which I loved as well) gave up the ghost---with the help of being knocked off the table a few times!!!!
Rowenta DZ250080 July 26, 2010 Mary Ann Richards (AMARILLO, TX, US) This is a great iron. I have no complaints.
I had a purchased a lower priced Rowenta and I was not all that happy with it.
Rowenta Focus July 26, 2010 Pat Geisler` (Tampa, Florida, US) A fall from the ironing board to the tile floor ended the usefulness of my old iron - an iron I hated but couldn't justify replacing while it still worked. The Rowenta Focus makes me wish I'd "dropped" the old iron far sooner. The Focus has a larger base but the unusual tip shape means it still fits in all those tricky spots. In Florida we wear a lot of cottons and linens and they require heat and steam to look their best; this iron delivers both and the controls are clear and precise.
Focus vs other Rowenta range July 22, 2010 Sandeep 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
You can see a difference in pricing and reviews between Focus (lot of negatives) and Steamium/other Rowenta iron series. Note that other series carry the "Made in Germany" prominently. The Focus was a result of "redesign" i.e. this iron being made in China. Now you know which "Made in .." you would rather buy. :)
awsome July 18, 2010 Glen Marquis 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
awesome iron! lots of steam, glides easily, easy to operate and the see-through water tank makes it easy to ensure you empty all the water when done. makes my life a lot easier!!!!
