Go Cricut! July 9, 2010 K. Bellamy (San Francisco, CA) This a great invention. I actually bought the Expression. It has better sizing for what I do using the Cricut.
luv this item imagine had to buy the expression July 7, 2010 crisoma this item make you express your feeling with a touch of a botton, it expands your imagination to create beutiful pieces of art.
Love it June 28, 2010 Janelle Vergien I am a scrapbook-aholic. I scrapbook constantly but never thought I would need one of these. My friend bought one and told me all about it. How it was easy to use, made scrapbooking easier, and made all sorts of different fonts and designs. Even quotes. I don't know how I lived without this before. I used to get so frustrated cutting little things out with a pair of scissors. I no longer have to. I just love this cricut.I even bought one for my best friend for her birthday!
Gets the job done May 19, 2010 Janie Rinta A year ago my husband bought me a Cricut Expressions....he figured "why get the small Cricut when she will just want to do bigger things too". I agreed with him and have absolutely loved my Expressions.
Recently I wanted the George and Basic Shapes cartridge and found that it came with the Cricut. I could have just bought the cartridge, but for $15 more I got the Cricut too. What a deal, for me anyway. Now I love my Cricut too! I can only cut smaller things with it, but I do use it a lot. And it's great for traveling, very portable, and practical. Can't quite do everything the Expressions can, but I'm glad I got it.
Yesterday I was making a graduation card and need to cut some smaller things and needed to use more than one color. I was able to arrange the different colors of cardstock on the mat and switched cartridges as needed and got it all cut out quickly.
The cricut is perfect for scrapbooking, card making, and anything your imagination comes up with. It doesn't just cut paper and cardstock, but it also cuts vinyls (great for decorating the house, mirrors, etc), heat transfer vinyl (for doing shirts), chipboard, thin metals, etc. You can even use markers instead of the cutting blade if you just want to draw something. The possiblities are endless.
As for the price of the cartridges....I have never paid more than $32 for a cartridge and have paid as little as $18. You don't have to wait for Michael's to have a sale, try Ebay, or other online stores like [...], and many others.

Great deal on a "like new" Cricut machine. The item was in excellent condition. I needed the item ASAP, and the seller shipped it out that day!
